Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. We don't ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Free standard shipping on all orders over our free shipping threshold. Orders under our free shipping threshold ship at a flat rate. We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us at hello@jambys.com and we'll make it right.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
